It was a very bad experience, we booked a week before the date of booking and the day of booking my wife was unable to receive the car and asked her to make a new reservation and of course a different price, they were not satisfied with that, but the fees for the old reservation were deducted, which was canceled by them at the moment of receiving the car unfortunately without prior notice. Unfortunately, my wife was angry with her children and had to wait about an hour before she could make a new reservation and higher fees and now the company refuses to return the fees for the canceled reservation and takes twice the amount of the first reservation for the new reservation, meaning that they were paid twice for one reservation

Absolutely would not use this company! They shaft you completely! Car broke down with brake issues and they charged me 3300 euro for a one way rental. Sent emails to the finance dept and customer services and no reply! Adding to which, the vehicle was all smashed up when they rented it to me... Do yourself a favour, go with Europecar or Hertz but stay clear of this pack of liars and cheats!!! The one star awarded should be -1 star.

Will never rent a car from there again. Locked some important items in the car on accident when I returned the keys but when I called the emergency line for four straight hours no one picked up the phone.

Highly recommending this SIXT office in Siegen, as they provide outstanding customer service! I had trouble with 2 complex bookings, and the office manager (Mr. Sternberg) did literally everything which was possible for him to fix the situation + secure my family vacation.
